Hi Shannon,
I only see part 1 of 4 (cloning XenApp server with XenAppPrep.
I would really like to do the cloning, what am I missing?
I wish to build a XenApp 5.0 farm, do I still need to use sysprep (it's a windows 2003 server std)?
I'm installing XenApp on a VM (the host is VMware).
thank you,
Moshe

Great advice. I tell people to spice up their cover letters all the time. Not only does it make you stand out but creative writing isn't something that can easily be taught (and most adults wouldn't put the time in to learn anyway). Plus, I think it shows you have enough common sense to know you need to stand out.

Something I would add to the networking part is to stay in touch with anyone who gets laid off. First, you might be able to help them land a job. I ask anyone who gets laid off exactly what they're looking for and how close they need to be (i.e. are they desperate for work or willing to wait for the dream job). The more selfish part is they might be able to help you if you get nailed in a later round of layoffs. My contract recently ended and the best leads I got so far were from the folks who went in the first round.
